Half Pint Quilt Along Week 4

Week 4 and getting ready to sew 81 blocks together.  I am trying to get them done before Tuesday when  we are going away to Lancaster, Pa for a few days to shop and shop and shop.

Today is week 3 of the Half Pint Quilt along.  Time to sew all those 1 1/2 inch pieces together for the 9 patch.

A Surprise in the mail Today

Today I got a surprise in the Mail.  I got my little bag from my partner in the Friendship bag swap.  Her name is Gayly and she lives in Kansas.  She also filled the bag with goodies.  Altoids, tea bags and Hot Cocoa mix which will come in handy.  she sent me 2 postcards and a nice note.  I love the colors on the bag.  The fabric with the roses is beautiful.  Thank you so much Gayly.  This was a fun swap.
